What it costs and how we bill
Short version: We bill hourly for the work involved, with the best rates going to longer-term MSP and SaaS-style agreements. Free look before you commit. Real numbers in writing, not ranges, once we know the job.
How we bill
Monthly service (support, hosting, maintenance): priced hourly, with the biggest discounts for longer-term agreements — calling us for help doesn't add to it.
Projects (a new website, a new system): a fixed quote before we start, once we understand the scope. If we find something unexpected, we come back and tell you before we spend your money, not after.
Hardware: at cost plus a markup we'll show you on the invoice.
Where we land on price
We don't publish flat rate cards because the honest answer is "it depends" — on the service, on availability, and on how long the agreement runs. What we can tell you: we price in line with standard rates for web developers, enterprise software support providers, and MSP shops — and we're typically cheaper than the average, including for our current clients. We keep it that way by spreading big projects over monthly payments across the life of the agreement instead of one large bill up front.
What's not on the bill
- Emergency call fees
- Per-ticket charges
- Onboarding fees for standard setups
- Charges for talking to us
The free look
Before you spend anything, we'll come out, look at what you have, and give you a written assessment: what's working, what's a risk, what it would cost to fix, and what we'd leave alone. You can take that document and shop it to another company. We're fine with that.
