What happens when you call

Short version: A person answers, we come look, you get a written number, and then you decide.

Step 1 — You call or send the form

281-699-2443, Monday through Friday. A real person answers. "Our website is embarrassing." "Our server makes a noise." "We're moving offices in March." "I don't know, something's wrong." All fine starting points. Nobody is going to try to close you on the first call — if we can answer your question in five minutes for free, we'll do that.

Step 2 — We come look

Usually within a few business days. We walk through what you've got, ask how your business actually works, and find out where the pain is. Free. No obligation.

Step 3 — You get it in writing

A document that says what you have now in plain English, what's a genuine risk and what isn't, what we'd do about it, what it costs as a number (not a range), how long it takes, and what we'd leave alone. That last line matters. If something's working and doesn't need our attention, we'll say so.

Step 4 — You decide

Take a week. Show it to your accountant. Get a competing quote — the document is written so you can compare fairly. If you say no, that's genuinely fine.

Step 5 — If you say yes

We schedule around your business, not ours. Most work happens evenings or weekends so your workday doesn't get interrupted. You get one phone number and one person who knows your setup.
