Keeping track of customers, explained

Our website calls this “CRM.”

Short version: One place where everything about every customer lives, so you stop losing money to "I thought you called them."

What CRM actually stands for

Customer Relationship Management. Terrible name. What it means: a customer list that remembers things.

What it's for

Right now your customer information is probably in four places: a spreadsheet, somebody's phone, a stack of paper, and one guy's head. When that guy takes a vacation, you find out how much was in his head.

A customer system puts it all in one place: who they are and how to reach them, what they've bought and when, what you quoted them and whether they said yes, the last time anybody talked to them, what you promised them, and notes like "don't call before 10" or "unhappy about the July invoice."

The part that actually makes you money

Follow-up. Almost every small business loses real money to quotes that nobody chased and customers nobody called back. A customer system reminds you — and that reminder is usually worth more than the whole system costs.

Do you need it?

If you have more customers than you can keep in your head, and more than one person talking to them, yes. If you can name every customer you have and you're the only one who talks to them, not yet.

What it costs

We build it into your website system, so for most customers it's part of the same monthly bill rather than a second subscription. Ask us for a number that fits your setup.
