Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and engage prospective business clients for Tobu Pengin’s IT MSP and Software Development services.
• Set up and conduct your own appointments with potential clients.
• Coordinate discovery calls and closing meetings between prospective clients and the Tobu Pengin team.
• Manage your independent sales workflow from initial outreach to deal closing.

Compensation & Contractor Details

• 1099 Status: As an independent contractor, you will be required to file a W-9 form with us and handle your own tax reporting and payments.
• Pay Structure: Strictly commission-based with above-market rates, offering uncapped earning potential per closed contract.
